Well I loged in today and noticed right off the bat that it was almost earthsday and since valk is unable to play at the moment I figured it would be a good time for me to get started on my PLD sword. So I headed out to Kuftal and asked a JP group if I could join and they were cool enough to let me join. So I ran around with them and managed to get my kills down from the starting 200 to 144 more to go so basicly I think I’ll need 2 more full sessions of Earthsday kills followed by a short one then I’ll get a yummy -5% Physical damage taken sword –Drools.-

After doing that I managed to get a hold of reau before he had to go to work and managed to get the craft item done for my +1 COR hat –Yay.- After he made the mat I hung out with him and did a few campaign battles while he showed me how good the sheep is for level 76 which was kind of impressing. After bidding reau fair well I figured I would make some Sheep jugs for him and inun since this week we have control of the area that has one of the major items needed to make this jug.

While sitting around in Whitegate for either another earthsday or an interesting shout I found one for a Thew Bomblet run so I figured why not. So I geared up my WHM and headed out to abyssea to fight the NM. The fights were kind of fun an on the positive side I managed to get a Thew for myself –Yay.- Now I’m trying to figure out if I should sell the thing or keep it and have a better SAM build. I’ll probably keep a hold of it more then likely. I ended up DCing though while other members were running back to jeuno to get more rocks so I guess this is SEs way of telling me to take a break till after I get done with the real life things I’m going to have to do later today.

Well after my real life things I loged on and geared up my PLD for some more earthsday fun killing cactuars. This time I managed to get down to 95 more kills left so over half way there which is awesome I just wish it would have been a full ally this time so we would of killed the mobs faster and probably would of gotten all 60 kills. Well like I said probably 2 more earthsdays till I’m done with this sword which would be awesome.

After doing this I managed to get an invite from Untouchablevoid for an Abyssea party and here’s the catch… I got to come as a DD! So I geared up my SAM/WAR yes you heard me I actually got to go /WAR too which is awesome. Well I managed to do this for a few hours knocking out another 10 merit points which finished off Store TP Merits for my SAM started Overwhelm and used my last 2 merit points on SCH Helix MACC/MAB. So all in all a very good day in my opinion got a lot done and that always helps.

Well I started out today working a little bit on my WHM club trial which I managed to get done –Yay.- But still my new club isn’t any better then any of my old clubs –Blah.- But the finished product will be totally worth it. After doing this it was getting close to earthsday which means… Yep geared up my PLD again to go kill more cactuars. So I headed on out and managed to find a group of people again. So Now I’m down to 54 more kills left till my Mini Hotcarl Sword –Yay.-
Well I went away for a while and managed to come back to do some more sword trials. This time I managed to knock down my number to 3… I wish I could of gotten those last three mobs but I think it’s because Guive was up and screwed us over. Any who I hope I can manage to get a group for the last three kills. Till then I’ll just look and see if I can find anything interesting going on.

Well quite some time later and I found a besieged to go to which managed to get me another sword level but other then that nothing special there. After that I headed out to kill my last three mobs unfortunately I run into a bit of a snag and killed one mob but got raped by 3 others that figured it would be fun killing me. Well after the death I ran back out there and managed to get my last two kills for my sword. So with trial done I headed back to Jeuno to get my reward and to get started on my next trial. Well that’s about it for today.

Well I started out today by knocking out another part of my trial since I’m not on 1228 which means that I got to kill 200 lizzards on earthsday or weather. So I managed to find a group and we killed quite a few mobs knocking me down to only needing 101 more lizards instead of the starting 200 probably would have been more if I didn’t agro 3 spiders and get separated from the group –Uggg.- But I think one more earthsday like that and I’ll be on my last trial for my sword –Yay.- Only problem though with this trial is that it only gives me +2 damage –Booo.-

Well after going AFK for a while and taking care of some real life things I came back just in time to do my trial on my Sword so I ran out to the zone and got into a group. This time I managed to get all 101 kills I needed to finish this trial so awesome since this lets me get ready for the last 250 monsters I need to kill for my trial 1229 and my awesome -8% PDT Sword –Yay.-
This caused me to cut it close to dynamis though but I managed to make it in time. So I geared up my WHM and got ready to cure the tank party again. This time we did Valkrum dunes which was ok. I’m kind of miffed that I couldn’t get the SCH hands since someone had to do lots on them at 65+ Free lots and I needed +40 to beable to +1 my set –Sigh…- But on a positive side we did manage to get two RDM -1 hats to drop. So yay for awesome Elash’s RDM and blah about the other one going to a junky RDM in the ls. And that was dynamis in a nutshell today.
After I got done with dynamis Vepion wanted to do an assault for some points which was ok. I geared up my SCH and headed on out. The only down side to this assault is that I ended up dead –Blah.- but at least I managed to get that last point for a merc assessment which will put me at Sergeant Major. Well that just about wraps up this session till next time.

Well today was kind of short on here. I started out today doing some more crafting which got me to 75 Cooking which in my opinion is cool especially since it makes me feel like I’m ¾ done with the craft at least number wise not cost or time wise –Blah.- After doing this I managed to work a bit on my guild points which was also cool since now I’m at 7.400ish guild points. After doing this I kind of took it easy for a while and did some real life things.

After I got back I joined up with my dynamis shell members and headed out to abyssea Konstant which was kind of cool since I mostly get stuck in Tarongi –Blah.- Well on the good side I managed to knock out a lot of my merit points 19 of them to be exact. Bad news is that I probably would have had more if I could of gone to go dump my merit points when I wanted too. Oh well. I mostly did the buff the party thing and helped narf out with the boxes which was kind of cool. So probably wondering what I decided to dump my 19 merits into? Well that’s about the only picture I got to take today so guess you guys get to see my SAM in progress. Other then that and grabing my WHM club to start on doing that weapon that’s about it for today

Well again a short day. Don’t know why I’ve been having a lot of these recently but all I did was work a bit on my cooking since I wasn’t sure where sandy would rank by Sunday and what zones it will own. I did manage to make it to 76.9 on my cooking so that made me happy at least for the little bit of time that I was on for today. Maybe tomorrow will be different.

Well today I loged in a little bit before dynamis. Tonight we managed to get Xarcabard which was awesome but the only down sided is that to stop a ls from sniping us we had to throw someone into the zone sooner then the rest of us could enter. It was an alright night we did manage to get three hard pieces to drop which helps move people along which as I said is awesome. I also managed to snag some goddies like a DRG helm and a extra COR hat which lets me +1 the one I got –yay.-
After dynamis I looked around for some coins since I needed them to get my +1 COR hat. Once I got all 29 coins I needed I headed to Whitegate to see if I could find an interesting shout while I was waiting for the crafted mat to show up on the AH. I managed to find a pickup group for Odin Prime which was cool since I wanted that earring he has for a reward. After a long time waiting around we managed to get enough people and headed out to do the odin fight. With a SMN the fight was so easy to do I think we were done in less the 5 mins. So with odin dead I managed to get my Earring and was happy about that. After doing that I noticed that there were mobs on the move for besieged so I grabbed my PLD and headed out that way to kick some lizards. Only down side is that I only managed to get 1 sword skill up –Ugggg.- I hope I can manage to get more then that soon if not I’m going to have to hope abyssea is going to be awesome and give me the skill ups I want for PLD. figured I would sit down for a little while and craft which I managed to get 78 cooking –Yay.- And then made my test item for my rank up now all I need are a few odds and ends to get cooking closer to cap. I’m still not looking forward to the 94ish craft item -Ugggg.- Well that just about wraps up this update.

Well I didn’t get on till real late tonight but I figure I had enough time to do some crafting. Well first off I took my Cooking to 72 which was cool since now I get to move on to my next synth item. After doing this I managed to work up some guild points since I know I’m going to need these for things like + cooking skill items and key items for me to make different kinds of foods. Any who short day today sorry for nothing interesting.

Well I loged on today first by starting out by making some guild points. After making some guild points I figure hey why not and worked on my cooking some more. I kind of hated that I only managed to get 1.3 skill ups on 6 stacks of crystals but I think this synth that I have to do is going to be a major pain –Blah.- After doing that I waited around in Whitegate for a while hoping for a shout or an invite to an abyssea party. The shout I found was a total dick and didn’t respond back to me but Leo had a party going and invited me to join in on it which was awesome of him to do. I had quite a bit of fun on my SCH doing this with my nukes hitting for ~1K a pop which was very cool. I managed to get SCH caped EXP and managed to get 11 merit points while I was in this party before I headed out for the night. First I finished off COR merits which now gets me 100% done with them and nothing is going to make me change the way I have them set up. And put a few dints into my SAM merits getting both Shiki and another meditate merit which is very cool. A couple more awesome parties and I’ll have SAM done with merits and start to work on my SCH merits which aren’t too shabby but could use a lot of work. Well till tomorrow catch you all later.

Well basically nothing interesting went on today. I did some more cooking so now I’m at 74 then I went to go do dynamis bastok and won a BST body and walked out with 125,000 in gil other then that nothing else really happened. Sorry this post is kind of shy with pictures I forgot to take some in dynamis this time and well crafting isn't that interesting.

Well I loged in today and found the 30 bynes I needed to make my COR relic legs +1 and turned those in. After doing this I sat around in whitegate for a while looking for a party on my SCH when I saw Timmyjay from my dynamis ls doing a nyzul floor 100 run which I figured why not. So I geared up my WHM and headed out to nyzul. First run was strait forward and nothing interesting happened. The second run we managed to get an Askar head to drop but my loting powers suck and I didn’t win it oh well. But on the bright side I did manage to make it close to my rank up quest just need 2 more wins to pull up a rank.

After doing this I grabed my SCH again and managed to find an abyssea group. This time I got to nuke which was kind of fun just wish my nuke gear was a little better. I did manage to pull out a level 80 SCH though before I had to go to dynamis but my buffer sucks and I’m going to have to fix that or face deleveling –Blah.-
Well tonight was dynamis bubu which basicly means just get more points in the ls. We did manage to get 2 BLM belts to drop along with some other odds and ends but still no SCH belt and nothing for me to lot on this run. I really wish SCH belt would just drop that way I can figure out which accessory piece to go after next but knowing this game and dynamis SCH belt is going to be like PLD body (A total pain and will never drop –Ugggg.-) Well that’s it for today looking forward to being done with WotG soon since we only have the 2 missions left.

Well loged in just before we needed to get going for these missions. First up was Bastok since we only had one mission left. So we had quite a few deaths on the way up to the fights but we made it to the ??? for our first fight which was ok other then the terror TP move the mob had and the linking demon. After that we headed up to the throne room for the last fight for bastok. The first part was a little rough and we had one death which was ander but we managed to take down the boss of the first part of the fight. After that we rested up and took on the 2nd part of the fight which went a lot smoother and with the neck piece from the bastok mission we did earlier it made it cake. So after killing the demon for the last part of the fight we figured we would wait to get our ring and finish up windy. For the first fight for windy we climbed up castle o in the past which was a lot smother in terms of death just about the same amount of agro though. At the top we rested up and went into the fight. Aimie held the yag while ander and ODF who was being played by carste took care of the elementals. This fight imo was easier then the bastok fight. After the fight we headed back out to the spot where we did the first mission and got another key to run back up for the last quest in the windy story line. The climb was much the same with about the same amount of agro. After we got to the top again we got ready to do this fight. This fight like what ander said was very anti climatic but hey we won all of these quests with 5 people when wiki always talks in terms of 6. After the mission was done we rolled on out to do our CSs and to collect the spoils of victory that we earned. And that just about wraps today up.

Well today was kind of a slow one for me. All I did today was get my cooking craft up from 61 to 69 which was quite a bit of work but in the end I managed to bank out about even.

Well I loged in a little bit before dynamis started to get ready unfortunately the zone that we were going to do was going to get sniped. So I figured I would do a little bit of crafting while we waited to figure out what we were going to do. Once everything was said and done we set our sights on Tav which wouldn’t of been my first choice but oh well. So I geared up my WHM and headed out that way. From what I understood we were going to try and farm some clusters since we haven’t gotten some of the -1 body pieces from them so we did our normal first three pulls followed by killing some mobs on the bottom for the time extension. We managed to get a few pairs of -1 legs and 2 Beau normal pieces as well as a hydra piece from the first couple of farming pulls. After those pulls we headed up stairs. Needless to say I was shocked tonight because a Valor Surcoat figured it was time to drop and I was the only person on if for lots. I still couldn’t believe it. We managed to get a few other cool Xarc pieces in tav as well as some more hydra pieces which I managed to get a piece for my mages especially ones like SCH that could use some HMP. We didn’t manage to get to the boss but hey we managed to pull up a lot of gear and that was pretty awesome.
After I got done with dynamis I headed out with a few others from the shell to do some Nyzul which went ok. We screwed up the first boss run won the 2nd and got askar to drop on the third but didn’t win but we did manage to get the askar passed and it droped to me which I was surprised that I was the only one with out it or who bothered to lot on it.

After Nyzul I found some noobs who needed help with Titan and Leviathan and figured why no and helped them out with those avatars which didn’t take long at all. After killing those avatars I figured it was a good time to call it a night.

Well I didn’t do a whole lot today. I was bored for the most part and just goofed around. I did manage to do my Mannequin pose quest which was really easy especially now that the level cap has been removed on CoP areas. I also managed to beat down Eba while I was doing this quest which was kind of fun knowing she use to own entire groups of players and now I can beat her down on my WHM. Other then this I really didn’t do anything today well maybe tomorrow will have more interesting things for me to do.

Well I managed to hit up a few besieged today on my WHM and got Healing magic and Divine magic almost caped which is always a plus since this will make my spells stronger.

After doing this I figured it would be fun to hit up the event that was going on this year. The first thing I did was the dancing which like every year was easy and just needed me to make some macros. I did 10 dances and after doing that ran back to grab my prize. After doing that I played a mini game which took me a couple to tries but I did manage to win and grab my 2nd prize this year. After doing that I headed out to the knights’ well and did some fishing which was probably the most annoying part of the whole event but after some time I did managed to get my last prize and headed back to my Mog house with my prizes in tow. Other then this not a whole lot today.

Well I managed to grab an Abyssea party on my SCH today which was kind of fun. I managed to get my SCH to level 78 which was really cool other then this and picking up the other 4 pieces of Teal Gear I didn’t have it was a pretty strait forward Abyssea party with some funny moments.
After I got done here we got together and did our WotG missions since Friday was going to be a bust for doing them as the group. First we did our Bastok Mission which well went a lot smother then I figured it would go and we managed to pull out another win –Yay!- After that we headed out to do the two windy missions which weren’t that bad to do the second one I though would give us problems but it actually went a lot smoother then I though it was going to go. After it was all said and done we all walked out of there with 2 more Retrace sticks and that much closer to being done with the nation quests for WotG.

Well I managed to log into a besieged today and caped my WHM skills which was awesome. Now WHM (Other then Staff and not 100% sure if I’ll bother with that skill or not) is caped for skills. Now I just need to some how get done with SAM skills…
After doing this I basicly took a break from the game for a while till dynamis. We managed to get Beau tonight for our zone. Nothing much interesting happened for me for this run. We did manage to get two NIN bodies to drop but –Blah.- couldn’t win lots on either one of them.

After Dynamis I headed back out to Besieged to work on my SAM skills. I managed to get to 254 skill on my archery but still not caped and I’m not sure how I’m going to manage to cap EVA unless I get to come to more things on my SAM and get to go not /NIN. Well that’s about it for this update till next time.

Well me carste and ODF figured it was time to catch up to Aimie and Anderoc on the WotG missions. First we knocked out the Bastok part which wasn’t very fun and we had quite a few deaths. I think SE planed this zone to be a death trap… Well at least we are one mission away from done with bastok. Next we headed off to Castle O in the past to knock out some windy missions. This went a lot smother other then the part where ODF /WAR… I kept running out of MP healing him and having to sneak and invis him around wasn’t much fun either. But we managed to do this part with a lot less death. After we got done with this part we farmed up a pop set for bloodlaper which didn’t take long all we needed was a sacrificial carste.

After this we headed up to sky to kill a Genbu for ODF but not with out first stoping for a little bit of play time with Zip which was kind of fun. We managed to kill Zip and get our hands on a stone for another ½ of a pop set of Genbu. After that we had to wait a min to get up to Genbu because another group killing him. Well the fight was fun and we had no death which was also awesome and we managed to get ODF the item he was after which is always good. After doing this we figured we would give bloodlaper a shot but no luck with him droping the item. Oh well maybe next time? Any who that is it for today.

Well not a lot going on today. First of all I went to Limbus which was a compleate fail of a run. I don’t know starting to think that the linkshell is going to fall apart –blah.- Well at least if it does I haven’t invested a lot of my time into the ls as of yet. I also manage to knock out another trial on my Sword for PLD with valk and we both got one with –2% Physical Damage taken which is awesome but other then this not really a whole lot going on today.

Well time for dynamis again and this time it was Sandy. We had a pretty good run with 3 100cc coins and 8 BRD head pieces which was crazy. Though I hated the part where I was the only WHM in the DD alliance not to mention at the end of the run the only mage in the DD alliance –Blah.- But somehow we managed to clear the whole zone of dynamis-sandy for the first time at least for me and from the sounds of it the linkshell. I did manage to snag me up a pair of COR pants so I can +1 them which would be cool if I could only find the 30 Bynes to do the upgrade –Blah.- Oh I also managed to get a hold of 18 coins which I sold for a nice bit of profit.

Well I started today off by farming up a few Goblin mess tins for ODF and carste since they didn’t do it before the missions. At least this let me recap my WHM’s EXP after all the deaths it had at the end of dynamis the day before. After quite a few goblins I managed to get 2 tins to drop and started to head out when I noticed a Campaign battle and figured why not and grabbed tags and did the fight. Well at least I found out that my WHM at 80 in Campaign can kind of tank the mobs which is kind of cool but not what I would really want to do.

After the farming and the short battle I asked Inunabe if he wanted to help me kill 1 mob for a bottled pixie which he said sure and we headed to the gates of Castle O and pulled a WHM Yag and killed it which was really easy with the two of us fighting it. After I got my pixie we headed out to Jugner in the past to do his WS points Mog weapon which we got down to 200 left before I had to go AFK for a while.

Well I got back just in time for our WotG static. I went WHM for these fights which wasn’t a huge shock. Well we did the Windy mission first. It kind of started out rough since ODF ended up dead after popping the mobs not sure why he did it instead of Zer since she probably would of lived on her PLD. But we managed to pull out a win for the mission and started doing our Bastok missions which went a lot smother I think because they were BCNM like instead of popping the mobs and ODF didn’t Leroy the zones. Well the first one was kind of easy except the stupid SCH NPC being dumb I wanted to punch her in the face for making good SCHs look bad. After this which ended up as a win we went on to our next mission which was just a bunch of CSs. Then the last mission for the night which was another bastok fight. This fight was kind of interesting but real easy and makes me wonder if Bastok was supposed to be the easy path to get done with WotG? Well after that fight the static called it a night and from the sounds of it planed to do the next set of missions on Wednesday which would be kind of cool. After we all went our separate ways I figured why not finish up my homework missions and do the CSs for the next two missions that we will be starting on. For the most part these were pretty easy for me to get done and I called it a night after getting this all done.

Well I logged in kind of late today but I managed to get on in time for limbus. I was shocked that I was asked to come SAM. So I geared up as fast as I could and headed out to sea to kill the flower for the card we needed to enter the zone. The zone seemed like it was pretty strait forward just kill the elementals and the two avatars in order. For the most part it went pretty smooth just had one death but other then that we managed to get 5 ABCs each the PUP upgrade item (Which hit the floor –Blah.-) and a chip that I have no clue what it does.
After limbus my dynamis shell was killing an NM out in Abyssea so I ran out there to help and well the fight was pretty fun. I built TP on a turtle when I got to camp then unleashed my WS on the NM flowed by a meditate for another WS which also landed then they got another turtle and I got more TP and did another WS and finally did one more Meditate and Kashaed the NM to death –Yay me!- Even though I was just helping it was a fun fight and I managed to find out that the NM drops a pair on hands I would love to have for an Idle build on my WHM since it gives Regen during one part of the day and Refresh during the other part. The feet make this 100% regen and refresh all the time when paired together which is something I would love to have but oh well unless I join a ls from the looks of it I’ll probably not be able to get them –Sigh.- After this fight I called it a night.

Well looks like I’ve made this blog into a new month and what better topic to start out with then me logging in a little late today and doing dynamis? Well tonight we headed out to Dynamis Windy which was cool for me since yay money. Well the only down side tonight was that I had to come –Uggg.- RDM. I hate the job and not sure why I leveled it. Valk told me I should just Delevel the job so I wouldn’t have to come it anymore and I’m almost considering doing that. But I did at least manage to snag a pair of DRK hands from the run so yay for another almost complete set all I need now is the legs which I think drop from a dreamlands that we kill a few normal mobs in and Jeuno which we don’t have planed for this month. Well after somewhat success on my master plan of Deleveling RDM by loosing 6K EXP in dynamis I grabbed my coins and sat is upper jueno for a while trying to sell them. Well guess I’m going to call it a night till next time folks.
