Well I don’t remember much from these days… It must not have been anything important. Don’t have any pictures either to help me remember so I really don’t remember what I did on these days more then likely a Besieged and sat around doing pretty much nothing.

Well not a whole lot today. I just basicly did the leveling static which managed to get me caped on my Winning Streak merits for my COR. Just 15 more merits to go to finish the job which is getting to be really cool. I went as COR that way we would have a puller which didn’t go very bad at all. It seems though that a good merit party isn’t going to see the same as an Abyssea group but oh well merits are merits after all.

After the leveling static valk wanted to go kill an NM in abyssea for the kick attack boots for MNK so I geared up my SAM and we headed on out. We had to kill a few mobs to get the pop item but after we got the pop item we headed over to the ??? to spawn the NM and geeez that has to be the biggest Gnole I have ever seen. The fight was kind of fun and we managed to kill the NM with only 5 people but no drop. I told valk that maybe next time we need to bring out a TH job so we can get some TH on the mob so we have a better chance at the feet to drop.

Well I found an Abyssea group today and managed to knock out a few more merit points for my COR which leaves me with only needing 5 more merit points to get COR job section merits done which is kind of exciting. I also didn’t have to go COR which was cool since I didn’t have to waste gil on ammo and cards to pull. I still have to say I hate bats but not sure why everyone else likes to fight them but oh well. After about 2 ½ hours I called it quits and took a little break.
Well I managed to get back from my break before dynamis and we managed to get Xarcabard again which was cool. I went on my WHM again this time except that I was in the tank party as the healer rather then my normal DD party. Well we got 1 Valor Surcoat to drop I just hate that I didn’t have the points to lot against which was really annoying but what can you do when the lead point person has about 80 points. Well if there is a bright side to this at least they are out of the way and I don’t have to worry about them trying to get this piece of gear anymore since they already got it. I did manage to walk out with an lol DRK head piece which gets me closer to finishing that set but like I said it’s just not the same as if I would of gotten a Surcoat since I’ve been after that thing for about 5-6 years now… Well maybe next time we get the zone I’ll get lucky. Well that’s about it for this week.

Well I had next to no time today because of real life events. I did manage to sell my coins from last night and make some gil. At the tail end of the day I managed to get on and work on my trial for my great katana up in sky killing flamingos. I did manage to finish this trial and flag up the next one but other then this yah that was my play time today.

Well again another short day I logged in here and there to do some work on my Great Katana trial and managed to get down to 260ish left before I called it quits for the day on the game. Again sorry for the short day but real life sometimes gets in the way.

Well I loged in today and managed to finish up my great katana trial –Yay.- at least that is one less thing for me to worry about I also managed to get a few parrying skill levels doing these trials which is also a bonus in my opinion. After completing this I checked the Besidged map to find out that the Trolls and the Lizards where getting ready to fight. So I get my SAM all ready and head out there I hope I can get some skill ups which would be nice.
Well the trolls managed to get here first and well wasn’t as short as some other ones in the past but still kind of short but I did manage to get Tachi: Ageha or what I like to call it Tachi: Butterflys which looks kind of cool but I still need to do some playing around with it to see if it’s going to do some nice numbers or if it’s a Weapon Skill that I’m just going to have to forget that it exist. I also got a few Evasion skill ups which my SAM needs kind of bad since it’s really low on that skill from where it’s suppose to be but not as bad as archery at least. After the trolls left the lizards where already at the door and ready to attack which was all the better to me at least. In this fight I managed to cap my Great Katana which made me happy since again one less thing for me to worry about. So I pulled out my bow and a few stacks of arrows and started shooting away at the mobs getting a few Archery skill ups while I was at it but didn’t cap before the lizards felt like going home. Oh well at least I managed to get something but I’m starting to feel the effects of the last past two days worth of real life events so I think I’m going to go lay down till dynamis hope I don’t miss it.
Well I made dynamis in the nick of time. They wanted my WHM so I geared that up and headed out to surprisingly Xarcabard. Well I thought this zone would have been a little bit harder then the city zones but if was kind of funny since the zone was pretty easy compared to what it normally was for us before. I still think SE hates me because of the following reasons. First still no PLD body –Ugggg.- 5-6 years looking for this thing I think this is the bane of my existence –Blah.- and Secondly DNC body drops and I loted a whopping 37 on the dumb thing –Grrrrrr.- sometimes I think SE does this to mock me but at least I didn’t go out of there completely empty handed. I did managed to get myself 16,000 gil though that won’t get me much of anything at least it’s better then nothing. Well sorry for the short post this time maybe the photos made up for it but who knows maybe next time I might get better luck I just didn’t have any though for this time.

Well I figured I would try to get some EXP on my SAM today since it’s about the only one of my three jobs that I want to take to 80 that isn’t 80. So I geared it up and put up my party flag and went AFK to do some real life things while I wait. After a while I figured I would go and do a few campaign battles since well it doesn’t seem like I’ll get a party invite. After I get to the place for a battle I get a tell for a level 71 invite and a level 75 invite so I figured might as well not be gimped and go for the level 75 so I go to Aht Urhgan and head out to camp. When I get to camp the JP members say 5 minutes left… what a complete load I hope this leader can find some replacements so I can get some EXP especially since I used a charge off of my allied ring well we’ll see what happens.

Well it seems like our leader is still trying to rebuild the party last I checked he was 5/6 on the members hopefully he found enough people and maybe a BRD or a COR that will pull since that would be awesome. And the leader got a WHM DNC and RNG/SAM for the rest of the slots to go with our 3 SAMs… I don’t think this is going to turn out well but I’ll see what happens and probably use up my ring charges at least.

Well 2 hours later I had some internet problems but I didn’t try to get back on because when I DCed the party was getting 10K EXP per hour… I swear people suck anymore. I did manage to burn though my last charge of my allied ring 2 anniversary charges and a normal EXP ring charge in the party which was the only saving grace for the party to me at least. Well I did manage to get 210 Parrying and managed to get the job to 78 so it can wear that perle gear I got for it but still that doesn’t make up for the party being so horrible –Uggg.- Well I’ll probably be on later since Valk was talking about helping me get past the vermin trial for my sword.

Well I loged back in after a while and went out to find valk waiting for weather to kill Raptors with his Scythe for that trial. We managed to get weather twice while we were waiting out there for it and got him from about 43 to about 26 more to go which should help him out a lot. I just hope we can get this done for him soon so he can get to the easier to plan ones. After we did that we headed out to Crawler’s Nest to finish up my sword since he already got his done in that time. After killing 44 more bugs we headed back to trade in my sword and get caught up to valk on the Sword trials. After doing this we headed back out to find his raptors I hope more weather disideds to show up.

Well 2 hours later and no weather so I went to go check the weather NPC to find out that the next two hours were going to be the same –Sigh.- Well figured since the trolls were about ready to march to head out there and get skill ups on my WHM and his DRK.

Trolls are a knocking at the door and I’m ready to smack them in the face especially since valk let me barrow the K Club of Death –Evil Smile- So I started out with a 269 Club skill (Thanks to my leveled PLD) and needed 281 to cap. Well I swang as fast as I could the whole fight and managed to get to 280.7 skill when valk said “The mega boss is dead shouldn’t of they retreated by now?” and sure enough there they went out the door –Ugggg.- Well on the bright side it’s only .3 skill left to cap.

Well Valk and baney disided that after the Besiged to head out the coast to kill some birds I figured why not and tagged along with them hoping for a skill up and bam first hit .3 and caped club which made me happy. Now to wait for the Undead to show up so I can cap my magic skills.

So the undead started marching and I’m getting ready to kick some zombie with my cures. For the most part the besidges goes fairly well but at the end there are no more dead things for me to cast cure on –Uggg.- Which was kind of annoying but at least I managed to go up about 5 healing magic skills and get 193 healing magic though it’s going to suck to get the rest since I need a total of 301 healing magic skill to cap –Blah.-

After I got done with this I hung out with Vepion and zer on my SCH doing a mana burn but I didn’t stay around for too long since it was getting late and I needed to head to bed well till tomorrow

Well started out today helping valk get done with his scythe. If anything this trial proves that SE hates DRKs. On Icesday we got weather and proceded to kill to the point of valk needing only 14 more raptors to kill I hope we can get the other 14 so he will be done with this when weather comes on Lightsday..

Well Lightsday came and so did the wind weather and we finaly got valk’s Scythe done after how much of a pain it was to get it done –Uggg.- Never want to see another Dino chicken again –Blah- but on the bright side we managed to get it done before his next trial which is kill 50 anythings during firesday or weather (Yay for being able to plan stuff out.) Now I’m just waiting to know what we have in store next for our plans.

Well we headed back out to the cape to do valk’s next Scythe trial fortunaly we managed to get that done before the end of Firesday –Yay.- so now valk is on his kill 75 some things or other but yah seems like we got a lot of his trial done for his Scythe –Yay.- wonder what we are going to do next.

Well seems like everyone wanted to do abyssea and we found a group shouting so we figured we would join it. Well it was kind of fun we managed to get 105,000 EXP which was awesome since that got my SAM to level 80. I also figured that when valk elle and vass leaft the group that I would head out as well and look for the confluxs so I could get around the zone faster. After a few minutes of that I managed to get all 8 confluxs in the zone so now I can get around to anywhere.

Well I loged on today and started work on my Great Katana for my SAM which was kind of easy I got my first trial done really quick then after that valk loged on for a short while and we managed to get a few undead to get the sword trials done but still looks like we are a long ways away from getting this trial done. –Uggg.- After that I got my second trial done shortly after that but I had to go and help out elle and inun do their dagger trial while I was doing my second trial for my great katana. I headed back to Jeuno and back out to Graudburg to get some of my third trial done before I got called to do the EXP static.

Well I got to stay on my SAM for the EXP static but to get good kills I couldn’t use my WS to get points for my Great Katana –Blah.- So we managed to work up about 3 merit points for me and caped buffer on my SAM (Now I just need to get my stupid skills and merits done for the job. –Blah-) After that the group that we did abyssea with last night was running around which was kind of cool since I could use the Merit Points. The only down side is that they wanted me on COR to pull.

So we headed out to the camp this time to do bats and we managed to get 100,000 EXP in about 3 hours which meant I needed to get my butt back to Sandy so I could dump merit points into something. After doing this I ran back out there and started pulling again which we managed to get about another 50,000 EXP before the party figured we we’re done. I think mostly due to some drama over I don’t know since I was pulling. Well after that I headed back to sandy and tried talking to the person who got the scroll of Cure 6 but they gave it to someone else. So I got a hold of Ilovemagemog and asked him if we would random for the spell he said don’t lie and random where I was –Shrugs.- So I figured why not and /random for a 857 while he got a 719 so he sent me the spell which was cool because now I have a complete spell list for my WHM –Yay.- and after this I figured to call it a night.

Well loged on kind of late today. I basically got on right in time for dynamis. So I headed out to sandy’s zone entrance to check it out since well go figure no Xarcabard and took a look and surprised to only see 1 persona and no one in the zone so I told the ls that sandy was open and we started to gather together to enter the zone. After a while we went ahead and entered the zone. It was a little rough tonight since a lot of people didn’t come tonight but we managed to get the zone done the win for a member who needed it. I wish I could of gotten a pair of SCH hands or DRG boots but oh well and I hated that the COR pants droped and I couldn’t get a 2nd pair for my -1 piece because I was on COR tonight. –Blah- But at least the run did make me some much needed money especially if people are going to have me pull in abyssea. –Uggg-

Speaking of pulling Mind asked me to come COr and pull for an abyssea group right after I got out of dynamis –Blah.- So I ran out to the zone a pulled for a little while but the group sucked they kept selecting the wrong mob and then they kept dieing blah so I basically called it quits not to mention I was tired after the Real Life things and Dynamis –Yuck- So after that not so awesome abyssea party I grabbed all the confluxs for the zone and called it a night.

Well I logged in today as the trolls were marching to a besieged so I grabbed my SAM and headed out there to get some Great Katana Skill ups I hope this fight last longer then 20-30 minutes… I do hate it though when we don’t have reraise Items because no one is smart enough to free that NPC every time he gets caught. –Uggg- Well after the set back of running back after I died to people being dumb and pulling the mob too close to the torpedo I managed to get 1 Great Katana Skill up and 1 Archery Skill up… Could have been better but at least it’s something.

Well After I got done with Besieged I figured I might as well move off some DD gear that I wouldn’t be using for a while (WAR MNK NIN DRG so on) to my mule to make room on my main so it would be easier to store things. So I geared up my WHM after I got done with this and waited for a Party invite.

A while Later Mind asked if I wanted to do some MMM on WHM this time I was kind of shocked and figured why not. After we got the party all set up I started to burn though rings as fast as I could trying to get my level on WHM. For the most part the runs went alright but they could have been a little bit better but oh well at least I managed to get my WHM to level 80. Now I just need to cap EXP on the job and get some skill ups to cap it completely.

After I got done with this me and Valk decided to do some more trials this time with swords. I think Valk is going to talk me into unretiring my PLD and level it to 80. Well the sword we figured we would go for is the +6 VIT -8% Physical Damage tanking sword which looks pretty nice for PLD after we got the base trials flaged and geared up we headed out to the Marshlands in the past looking for leaches for a while me and valk couldn’t find a single one and soon we figured out why there was a group of JPs killing them for the same trials so we figured we would team up and kill the mobs that much faster. Eventually we killed all the mobs that we needed to kill and headed back to Jeuno to flag the next part of the trials and figured it was a good time to call it for the day.

Well so far this seems to be my list of things I need to get done in game.
1) Finish Merits for COR and SAM
2) Work on SAM and WHM Skills
3) Level SAM 3 more levels to reach level 80
4) Cap EXP for WHM and SAM when it levels
5) Work on Trial Weapons for Staff and Sword

Well I logged on to find a besieged in effect and I know getting skill ups on my WHM is one of the things I need to get done so I gear up my WHM and get ready to head to to the fight only to find out that the retreated as soon as I get out the door –Blah.- Well I might as well go burn some Campaign Ops for some EXP since I’ll need it to keep my newly leveled WHM at 80. After this I took a little break from the game for a while.

When I got back I found out that Valk had done some of his Sword Trials and I needed to get cought up to him so I got out my RDM and headed to the Quicksand Caves for some Trials on my Sword.

Well… I managed to get a little bit carried away with finishing this sword… I managed to pull 2 trials ahead of Valk in a group killing stuff in Quicksand Caves –Woops.- But at least the more annoying trials are done AKA standing around waiting for weather to kill things. I also managed to get past the first part of the trial which was kill things 50 times in Earth Weather or Day so now I have to go kill bugs in either that day or weather… Hmm… Probably going to do this when it changes to Earthsday if I’m still on since this will be a lot easier then waiting for weather to kill bugs not to mention I know a nice little spot to do this at. Well till Earthsday or I pass out I guess I’ll try to find a Party for SAM since I still need to get that job to 80 –Uggg.-

Well no luck finding a party on my SAM which was kind of disappointing but hoping my luck today might be different and I’ll find some kind of party or at least a besieged to skill up my WHM in.

Well while looking for a party on my WHM I manage to see Begs asking if anyone would like to do an Abyssia run which I figured why not and tell him sure thing. Well I get my WHM all geared up and head out to Tahrongi Canyon to do the abyssia stuff. Well the party is out there killing mobs already and I meet up with them at the mandy camp I hope this goes a lot smother then the one mind asked me to come to earlier in the week.

Well time ran out for me after being in Abyssia for about 2 hours and 10 minutes and I managed to walk out with a full buffer on my WHM after only having 2,000 EXP into the level which was very cool. I also managed to get a healing magic skill up which was cool as well. So after I get done with Abyssia I figured it’s time to upgrade the old SAM for when it levels and pick up 4/5 of the Perle Gear for it 3 of the pieces I’m planning on using only for Weapon Skills but the body is pretty cool with it’s + stats and no – stats this is a hauby I could get use to. Well real life calls and I need to take care of it before I can do more today.

Well I managed to make it back for a little while during Earthsday to work on my Trial [198] for my sword and valk managed to get caught up to me a little bit but back to real life.

Well I waited around for a party for SAM when I got back and didn’t manage to find one before dynamis. I’m starting to think that no one likes DDs –Ugggg.- Hopefuly the level static takes place on Wednesday so I can maybe bring SAM out to level it but I won’t hold my breath seeing as the track record in that department seems to be really horrible oh well time to go to dynamis and see what zone we’ll get tonight.

Looks like Dynamis-Jeuno this time around which isn’t bad I mean I manage to make some money at the end of the run. Well for the most part other then the one wipe because of a horrible pull after the boss was beaten and no PLD the run went alright I would of liked to win lots on the DNC feet but it seems like when Kawa places a lot on something he doesn’t have 99% of the time he wins it –Blah.- Oh well at least I managed to get 125,000 gil out of the run. Guess I’ll call it a night here since it seems like a good time to.

Don’t remember a whole lot about today other then Mind asking me if I wanted to do some MMM so I figured why not and headed out to go do some MMM since I needed some time off from Campaign Battles so when I get there I notice Parn is in the party –Uggg.- After one MMM run the RDM needed to go. Well Parn was full of sucking as normal so I convinced Mind that we should just trick him into thinking that our party was going to disband and then reform up after doing that I managed to get Valk to join in the party and mind got alf to join. After that we did 2 more runs and then Mind and his alt Yatin had to go so With me Valk Itty and Alf in our group we got a SAM off the streets and Anderoc on his BRD so I swapped off of my COR and over to SAM to get some EXP. The first run was kind of rough but after that the runs managed to get better and we got our EXP got done with this.

After that Me Valk and Elle headed out to meat the Taru for doing some of his Trials for his dagger. After a while we managed to team up with some other people and we went around destroying the zone till we called it a night.

Well today was a pretty relaxed day. For the most part all we did was do Campaign battles trying to get some EXP for our jobs that needed leveling. I screwed around a little bit killing some trees for my trials but not much valk said he would help me out with this tomorrow and that was pretty much about it for today.

Well today I found Valk and Inun working on a new Scythe for Valk since the one he wanted doesn’t seem like it will happen because of the items needed to upgrade it. Well I was asked to come out on my RNG which was kind of strange but I see the point on doing it so after I geared up I headed out there to kill some mandies which didn’t take long since it seems that Valk and Inun had been doing this for a while.

After Valk got done with his trial he geared up his PLD and me him and his brother Itty headed out to kill some trees for mine and Itty’s trials. We found a group of others doing the same thing so we figured why not and teamed up to kill the trees which thankfully took less time then I was planning on doing to finish this trial. After that we all headed back to Jueno to trade in our weapons to get upgraded weapons and to flag our next trial. After that we hung around out in Cape Terragan for a while trying to get Valk’s next stage on his Scythe done. Was kind of pissed that the leveling static today never took place –Ugggg.- But what can you do when no one shows up.

After a while of mostly standing around I get a tell from mind asking if I wanted to do some MMM well I asked if there was room for Valk and he said there was so we headed off to jeuno to get some MMM done. This time went fairly smooth especially since we didn’t have people leaving at random times. I managed to pull out some merit points for my COR and then figured it was time to call it a night.

Well I loged in today kind of close to time for dynamis and figured I would check zones for the linkshell. As for the plan the ls wants to get Xarcabard and if that isn’t possible then to grab Sandy. Well as no big surprise both of those zones were taken so we went to Dynamis-Qufim for tonight. It was a pretty smoth run with no wipes even though Midgetking did almost get us killed and I’m starting to believe what the linkshell says that he does this on purpose so we won’t ask him to come WHM anymore. Well I didn’t happen to get the shiny SCH belt I’ve been wanting for a while but I did manage to grab a shiny COR belt instead which is very cool. –Yay-

After dynamis Jeiger Nolo Sphinx and Me headed out to get the item needed to flag the Odin Prime Fight since I would love to have that earring for my jobs. So after some running around and Jeiger D/Cing on us we headed out to fight the shades for the item we needed. After 4 kills we all had the item and were ready to head out to see if they were duds or not. I was happy that I managed to go 1/1 on mine –Yay- Sphinx’s too but unfortunately Nolo wasn’t so lucky. At that time Sphinx and Nolo had to go so I bid farwell to them and told Nolo that we would try again another time.

After doing that farming to get access to an Odin fight I had mind asking me if I wanted to do an Abyssia run for some EXP and Crour I figured why not and geared up my COR to head out there. Well I managed to Snag 3 merit points a caped EXP buffer on the job as well as caped Dagger skills for COR which was very awesome I just wish we would of gotten the mobs that the leader was planning and more time in the zone but oh well maybe next time that I do Abyssia. To call it a night I spent my merit points on Loaded Deck and called it a night. Sorry about the short log this time and the lack of pictures maybe next times will be better.

Well I started today a little earlier then normal which I used the time to do a little bit more cooking which I managed to get to 61 during this time a Besieged was going to happen so I figured since my COR didn’t have capped Daggers that this would be a good time to go out and do just that. Well unfortunately I ended up dead which puts a cramp in my idea for skilling up but I did manage to skill up…. 1 freaking point in dagger which makes me really mad at SE for either making besieged too short or thinking up the dumb idea of level sync since that has to be my biggest compliant about the whole system is that you can not skill up past the level on the Syncy which really gets on my nerves but nothing will be gained from this so I figure I will get the rest of this craft level.

After I get done with that I get a tell from Mindgrasp wondering if I want to come out for MMMs for some EXP on my COR I figured why not might as well get some EXP. Have 2 good runs at the start and then our RDM gets some form of ADD and starts pulling monsters… With Poison… Brillian...t I just wish he would of died from that I would of laughed at him. Well After me telling him repeatedly don’t pull he gets into a prissy mood and leaves the party probably good riddance IMO so Mindgrasp finds another one of his friends names Sonka which is in my Dynamis Linkshell. So we have him come out on his BRD and have me come out on my RDM which unfortunately becomes 76 –Uggg- Well after the last three runs real life called and I went out to go do a few things with my family not sure if I’ll be back on line to play later on tonight or not… well guess we will see next paragraph.

Well today I figured I would try again to level my WHM. After a while I did manage to find a party. Well again if you haven’t guessed my party went to Misareaux Coast. Well we got to camp to find 3 Japanese players skilling up on the birds –Ugggg.- Well the party dragged on stupidly slow because of the skilling up trio of retards. Well we figured that we would try Castle O [S] but on the way to Tav we found out that one of the camps was open so instead we moved to that camp. Which was ok except that the party had a WAR/SAM and a DRG/SAM with a Drunk Galka DNC… So I never had any MP to work with which was very frustrating. Well when I managed to get 3,000ish EXP to level the party disbanded which kind of pissed me off since everyone else managed to get a level.

Well when I got done with that party I noticed that there was a Besieged prepping to come to fight so I figured since it was the undead I would cap my Healing magic. Well I passed out before the fight and missed the first 17 minutes so not fun but I did manage to cap my healing magic in the fight so that made me happy or at least untill I level again.

After Besieged it was about time for me to get going out to abyssea to do things there with members of my dynamis linkshell. After a few zone changes we went with La Thane and went to a couple of the different camps. Eventually we found ourselves fighting bees and let me say this those bees are a pain to fight especially since Final Sting goes though any kind of shadow… Needless to say we had lots of death. Well we chugged along for 90 minutes doing this till we got done and headed out. I did manage to get 2 merit points which gives me 1/5 on my Quick Draw ACC -Yay.-

Well after doing that I talked to Valkyrion and Inunabe for a little while and geared up my WHM for some EXP in campaign which I managed to ding into level 78 –Yay again- with about a 5K buffer into the level. Fortunately WHMs don’t die much and if they do they normal or at least I normally have Rerasie III up. So after that we saw that there was another Besieged getting ready and headed out to that since I needed skill ups on my newly leveled WHM. Well this besieged wasn’t nearly as nice as the one before since it only lasted 35 minutes instead of an hour and I only managed to pull out 2/5 of the Divine magic skills that I needed to cap my Divine magic –Uggggg.- Well that about wraps it up for today kind of tired well till tomorrow.

Well started today kind of early. First things first looking for a Besieged and found one already attacking so I run out on my WHM and hope for a few more divine skills. Well the fight for me at least only lasted 10 minutes but according to the linkshell it only lasted 28 minutes –Ugggg.- really wish they would fix that because this is getting stupid. After doing this I managed to talk Athoz into doing a Swift belt fight which was awesome but first he wanted to check out walk of echos. Well we started out with the first room thingy and fought crabs. Only a few words for that… Lots of Death. Well it was kind of fun so we tried another room this time it was full of antlions which let me say less fun then the crabs… Well at least the place has no EXP loss.

Well after doing that me and Athoz headed out to the Phomiuna Aqueducts to farm up the codex. Well while we were running around in there we found an NM named Mahisha who I’ve never seen before and neither did Athoz so we decided why not and killed it. Managed to murder that NM which dropped the Sinister Mask which later on during the farming dropped to me (lol NPCed for 4K). We managed to find 2 Codexs and headed off to the Sacrarium for the actual Swift belt fight. After killing a few Fomors and getting the WHM/SMN Subligar we poped the Mithra NM and fought her which was a stupid since Athoz kept interrupting her Utsusimi Casting –lol- Any who we killed her and low and behold my bad luck turned around and she had a shiny Swift Belt –YAY!- After lotting on it and getting it to drop into my inventory I bid Athoz fairwell and complemented his TH. After doing this I head back to town to write up a few macros.
While I was writing my macros I got an invite on my WHM for some EXP. Unfortunately the party was a horrible setup with a PLD/WAR DRG/SAM SAM/WAR SAM/RNG (No using sidewinder) a RDM/WHM and me on WHM/SCH. Well since the party sucked I figured it was a good time to call it quits for a while and take a break from the game at least until dynamis later tonight.

Well I got back on and headed to Xacabard to try and see if we would be getting the zone. Go figure it gets sniped –Ugggg.- So we head off to Buburimu to do dynamis over there. The run for the most part went well I didn’t die I managed to get 280/281 on my daggers (Just one more skill up –Sigh.-) And I managed to walk out with two -1 shines (COR and MNK hands), The run was fun even though it was unexpected and we did manage to do very well in the zone. Well after dynamis I headed out to the past and finished off my Campain Ops to get some EXP on my SAM I also got to do a campaign on my SAM. I kind of hate how drained I feel after dynamis but oh well I think I that this is going to be a good time to call it a day well I hope you guys had fun reading this.

Well got on kind of late again. Well after yesterday’s party and skilling up I sent back my stuff for PUP to my mule as well as some random junk taking up space. While I was in the middle of this Real Life called and asked if I wanted to go out for pizza. Well… Don’t know anyone who can turn down pizza so I said sure and went away for a while. Just hope nothing important happens while I’m away…

Well I came back from getting the pizza which was pretty good and figured I would get back to work on my craft of cooking. So making as much space as I could I grabs quite a few stacks of dark crystals and camped next to the Non-Player Character (NPC for short) that sells the items used to make the Yagudo Drinks I needed to make to skill up cooking. Only thing I hate about crafting is that the first half of the craft super easy to skill up the second half is very stupidly slow *Crys* any who working on this I managed to get up to level 57.3 on my cooking which it was 55.9 so managed to get 1.4 skill ups on it which wasn’t bad I probably would of kept going if it wasn’t for the slight problem of running out of space *Uggggg* which means only one thing when you are crafting these drinks time to head to the Auction House (AH for short) and try to sell these things off as quickly as possible. Well looks like my crafting is going to be put back on hold till I can get this done with.

So now while I’m waiting for my drinks to sell which might move slower then I hoped I think is a good time to look for a party on my WHM seeing as I would like to get the job leveled up some more. Unfortunately the whole time I was cooking I didn’t get a single party invite. So hoping things will turn around. Talked to Onedarkflame for a little bit since his event linkshell is about ready to start its Monday event trying to see what he’s up to. Well from the sounds of it they are going to go do Voidwalker Notorious Monsters tonight out of boredom I thought I would see if I could tag along and see what it’s all about but it turns out they have a full group *Ugggg* I might have to go do some stalking while they are doing this just because I don’t have anything else better to do. Stalking Cat Away!!!

Well after a lot of chasing I finally found Onedarkflame and his endgame linkshell man people must hop around a lot doing these VNMs since he went from East Ronfaure to East Ronfaure [S] to Jugner Forest [S]. When I found him I guess they were just doing tear 1’s or tear 2’s since it was only 1 party of people. Well after watching them murder a fish and a Fungie I figured that it was going to be pretty boring just watching so I convinced Onedarkflame to take a few of my Yagudo Drinks and headed back to San d’Oria to hang out while waiting for a party. I found a noobie who was looking for a Teleport-Dem and seeing that I was on my WHM/BLM with nothing better to do I figured I might as well do it. Well I invite the noob and go figure he was close to flat broke well I just figured that I might as well go for it and take the 200 gil (Money in the game) and teleport his sorry butt. Well now back to boredom. Hopefully something interesting will start up here in a minute or two till then I guess I’ll go craft another stack of Dark Crystals into Yagudo Drinks while I wait.

Well still no party invite in my WHM but Valkyrion came back on and we figured now would be a good time to go out and do that Swift Belt fight so we grabbed Dragonsbane on his THF and Valkyion on his RDM and my WHM and headed off to the Sacrarium once we head to the pop area only to be confronted by an NM neither me, valkyrion, nor Dragonsbane had ever seen before called Elel. Well after we agroed him and fought him which was a kind of a one sided fight we head off to find a pop area we check it to see if anyone has max hate which Dragonsbane did so I gave him the book to use to pop the NM. After a short fight we come out empty handed and unfortunately everyone seems to be farming the Stegotaur for Fomor Codex so they can pop the same NMs so after hearing that the same kind of mob drops the Fomor Codex in Phomiuna Aqueducts I head out there to try and farm up another Codex. While there and fighting my first monster a THF asked me if I wanted a Codex since he didn’t want the one that dropped to him I said sure and he sold it to me for 1 gil I wish I would of wrote down his name to thank him in the log but unfortunately I didn’t and he probably wouldn’t be reading this in the fist place. Any who after that we head back to the Sacrarium to try this fight again. This time Valkyrion gets max hate and can pop the NM so we pop him and fight him again to get this time… a dark crystal… *Ugggg* Well I think this is official this belt hates me either that or Dragonsbane’s TH is broken.

After that disappointment in the Sacrarium I decided to hang out with Valkyrion and Dragonsbane in a party in East Ronfaure [S] for a level 37 level Sync party. The jobs everyone chose was Valkyrion 75 Ranger (RNG for short), Dragonsbane 37 Ninja (NIN for short), Frios DRG, Yuraraina 79 Monk (MNK for Short), and Elle 35 Summoner (SMN for short). So knowing that valk is going to bring out Ittybittysummoner on his WHM I figured it would be best for me to come on either COR or BRD asking valk which one he wants since I didn’t feel like choosing since I was kind of bummed about the whole Swift Belt not dropping garbage. Any who he thinks COR since well I’m so much close to level COR to 80 then any other job so we head out and unfortunately get stuck at the horrible camp. After a while we found that one of the good camps opened up and moved over there and EXP started moving along much smother especially since I didn’t have to run half way across the map to find a monster to pull back to camp. Any who we all mange to get a few levels Elle and Dragonsbane taking the most since well they are low level and it takes a whole lot less EXP for them to level then it does for everyone else. Any who after this party I figured this would be a good time to close out for the night.

Well I think I’ll play today by ear and see what happens. After I get on I notice that the Undead Swarm and the Troll Mercenaries are getting ready to Besieged the walls of Al Zahbi so I grab my newly acquired 80 COR and head to Al Zahbi once I get there I notice Valkyrion is also going to hit up this double whammy of a besieged so I toss him an invite and me and him hang out till the trolls and the undead get to the city. The undead make it first after some time I managed to cap my Marksmanship which is great because this gives me time to do other things with out the worry of finishing that skill at least for now. As soon as I end up capping my Marksmanship I figure I might as well get in the fight with some daggers and get some skill ups that way. After a short time the undead decided they had enough and headed out *Ugggg* these besieges just don’t last long enough. Well after the trolls were waiting at the doorsteps wanting in. So after a few more skills they decided to run off as well. I just wish that they would of stayed around a bit longer and allow me to get some more skill ups on my daggers.

Well after the Besieged I and Valkyrion decided to head off the Phomiuna Aqueducts for a fun time of looking for codexs again. Well after about and hour or two we finally get a hold of 2 codexs so we make our way to the Sacrarium for another round of Swift Belts. Well after clearing out 5 rooms of Fomor we start popping the NMs starting with the Elvaan. After a not so long fight we get nothing. So we head back over to the Mithra’s room and pop her again a short fight followed by nothing I think I’m starting to see a pattern here. Any who me and Valkyrion figured it was time to head back out the Phomiuna Aqueducts for another run of looking for Codexs. Another hour or so goes by and one death due to a screw up on my part we head back out the Sacrarium. On the way to fight the Fomor we run back into the strange Elel again who decided he didn’t have enough of us when we fought him the last time so we killed him and again junk for drops oh well that wasn’t the reason we were out there in the first place so we headed over to the pop area for the Swift Belt NMs. We do the same thing building hate with a few hiccups since people decided that they want to come out and kill Fomor too for one reason or another. Well after we get enough hate we pop the Elvaan NM again and again nothing and head back over to the Mithra which again Nothing from killing her. I’m starting to think it’s one of the unwritten rules of FFXI like No skilling up in Dynamis only this rule is Hesper is not allowed to have the following which in this case is a Swift Belt. I think this is going to end up being like the PLD relic body that I have never been able to get my hands on *Ugggg* well after this defeat I figured it was time to call it a day.

So was really late being able to get on today due to maintenance. Well when I got on today I put up my party flag and not even a minute later I get a party invite on my COR. That is one thing I like about maintenance is that at least if you are able to get on quickly it gives you the chance to get a party fast. Any who the party got all setup and we headed off for the bird camp with a RDM BRD COR MNK SAM WAR combo. After a while the SAM and the WAR both had to go so we managed to get a pretty awesome DRK and WAR to replace them with. We continued like this for a while till the RDM had to go and we got a SCH to replace him after that we kept going till the DRK had to go which was replaced by a SAM. After we got done with that switch the WAR D/Ced on us which we found a replacement DRG to take his spot and we continued on. Well after a little bit longer the leader got tired and we called it quits after 5 hours of parting. *Phhhw* after that I headed back to Sandy to spend my merit points which boosted me from none to 4/5 merits on my Quick Draw Recast Timer.

After that Valkyrion Inunabe and Reauland decided that they wanted to do a low level party I figured why not and came on my COR again. Unfortunately my internet decided it would be more fun to conk out on me then stay up. Think this is a sign that I partied too much today… well till tomorrow.

So I figured when I logged on today it would be a lazy day for me till I went to dynamis but that wasn’t quite true I got an invite from Lunacie, Narf, and Midgetking from my Dynamis Linkshell to come on out on my COR for a few Merit points while I got done with a short burst of crafting. I figured why not and headed out that way. Well we fought at Misareaux Coast on the birds and I managed to pull out 3 more merit points which promptly went into the Job Ability Fold so I could unlock it.

After the party I waited to hear from Foosk which job he wanted me on for Dynamis. After a little while he decided that it probably would be best to bring my COR which was fine with me since I wanted to play around with a level 80 job. So I headed out to Bastok for the event and we got all geared up and ready to go. It was crazy in the zone things were dieing so fast that it was almost worthless for me to be DDing according to the people parcing I only managed to do about 4% of the total damage.-Sigh- Well since it was Dynamis-Bastok no new shines for me tonight though I did make 125,000 Gil from the byne bills I got at the end of the run.

After Dynamis I figured I would get some crafting in well unfortunately I was interrupted by the taru (Inunabe) wanting to party on his DNC and wanted my COR for buffs and to pull I just hope it doesn’t become a normal dependence on me –Sigh- any who I headed back out Misareaux Coast to fight some more birds…. Well not technically fight for me since I was doing the lolBRD job but I managed to pull out another 4 merit points which fortunately puts me a lot closer to getting my goal of fully merited COR done.

After the party I took it easy talking to Reauland and doing some crafting done in the quite time I had so I finished up my Yagudo Drinks and hit 60 Cooking which made me pretty happy since that means I got a half way decent crafting skill now. Well sorry this day’s log was kind of short and too the point maybe I’ll make it up in the next one with some pictures and length till then I hope you have had fun reading this.

Hello everyone reading this though I doubt anyone will at least this will help me to remember what I’ve been doing on FFXI. For starters my character’s name is Hesper and she is a Mithra. I have quite a few jobs leveled as you can see from the picture below but all of the jobs I have leveled other then White Mage (WHM for short) are kind of blah in my opinion just due to lack of great gear and lack of merits. Any who this is going to be a Bi-Weekly log (Updates Monday and Fridays) of my characters activities in FFXI that some might find entertaining well enjoy.

Well I decided when I got going today that I might as well clean out a few crafting materials and crystals off of me and move them off to my mule since well lets face it they take up a lot of space that I could be using for other things. After a few minutes of doing this I finally managed to clear out some space and then remembered what Reauland told me about making some money in game with mining so I decided to pick up my mining gear and 24 pickaxes and head out to Mount Zhayolm and try my hand at mining. After a few successful runs around I started having problems finding mining points so after 2 laps around the mountain I decided some other jerk was getting to the mining points before I could and decided to head back to town with my pathetic load of items. I don’t remember which items Reauland said to keep so the items I wasn’t quite sure about I held onto hoping that he will log in later tonight and let me know what to keep and what to sell.

So after my not quite successful Mining trip I decided it was time to sit back and hope to find a party invite on my WHM to no luck mostly due to me passing out but I have a feeling that WHM is going to be a harder job to level up past 75 just because everyone would rather have a Red Mage (RDM for Short) *Uggggg* and I know for a fact that at the moment or possibly ever that I will never level RDM past 75 just because the job isn’t much fun to me anymore and I did it in a vane attempt to get merit points for my retired Paladin (PLD for Short). Well still have a little while before the group gathers together for the Wings of the Goddess (WotG for Short) Quests that we have planed for tonight. I’m hoping that this goes smoothly but from the sounds of Onedarkflame this might not be as smooth as I hoped well we will see later on tonight when he logs on.

Well while waiting on ODF to logon/Get back for AFK I managed to get into a Moblin Maze Mongers (or MMM for short) party. These parties are really cool since you normally walk out with about close to leveling in 6 runs. I managed to get 37,000 EXP granted the first run was better because I used an Empress EXP ring but this managed to get my WHM to level 77 (yay)which gives me a few more MP points to play around with when I cast spells and such. Only complaint I have is that every time I got to cast Protectra V and Shellra V the party starts to run off (Grrrrrr) I think people hate mages when they buff or hate them period because they always run away (Ugggg) any who still no word from ODF I have a feeling we are going to be playing the farming game when we are going to be ready to run the static I hope not though.

Well I’m off to get ready for WotG missions tonight and then get a tell from ODF that he might not make it *Cry* but then he said he can but probably only able to do the two fights which is better then nothing. So we all get ready to go me on my newly leveled 77 WHM, Anderoc on his 76 Dark Knight (DRK for short), Onedarkflame on his 75 Samurai (SAM for short), Carste on his 77 Black Mage (BLM for short), and Zerayla on her 80 Dragoon (DRG for short). Well for the first fight we set off for Pashhow Marshlands [S] for a fight which turned out stupidly easy and we were done with it in about 3 minutes. After that we headed for Fort Karugo-Narugo [S] to kill some birds again just about the same thing as the Pashhow fight only against birds (fantastic…) any who another swift and easy victory *Yay* After both of these stupidly easy fights we had a lot of leg work getting from one point to another just to give a creepy catman food *Sigh* any who after feeding the stupid catman we headed to Sauromugue Champaign [S] for our last fight which went a bit tougher then it probably should of ending up with a death for me and Anderoc. Oh well can’t go no deaths on everything but the fight wasn’t that hard it was just that we got ganged up on which sucked.

After everyone said their good byes and congrats I decided as usual that I hadn’t had enough so with a new goal in site I decided it was timer for me to head off and get the rest of my Quests and Cut Scenes done while I was thinking about it. Boy did it turn out to be a lot more leg work then I thought it was going to be but on the bright side at least I’m done with them and so don’t have to worry about them for when we gather again either the Friday that is coming up or 3 Fridays from now since Carste isn’t sure about what he is doing this coming Friday. I sure hope he can make it I don’t want to have to come up with other plans for my Friday *Sighs* Oh well that’s about it for today.

Well I logged on kind of late today and figured I would mule off some things I had on Hesper so I could make some room for more important things that I would need. Any who started doing that when I logged on and trying to figure out what job to come as for the level static today…. Hmmm… decisions decisions… Well at the moment I’m trying to decide between Puppetmaster (PUP for short) or DRK… Well seems like one of those flip the coin and see what happens kind of deals.

So I decided on PUP to level thinking that we were going to be at a lower level sync only to find out we weren’t. I hate my automaton because my PUP gets stuck in low level level sync parties and so my Auto never gets to skill up well it was well proven today in this party that I didn’t have my melee skill and ranged skills caped since my auto was missing just about every swing. But on the good side I did manage to get a level and almost to 62 on the job so at least something went Simi-right. Half way though the party I remembered to check out my Dynamis linkshell to find out if we were running tonight or not only to find the following message “The run has been canceled tonight. Have a happy 4th. Try not to blow yourselves up.” Any who I was a little disappointed but at least it gave me the rest of the night to get other things done.

Well after the party one of the linkshell members and also a member in the party I was in named Janko who was pretty awesome for helping me skill up my automaton which was cool of him to take out of his time to do. So we geared up and headed to The Boyahda Tree to fight crab on the bottom floor. In the first room we found a crab or two and killed a couple of crawlers until Aquarius decided to pop. So knowing this pain in the butt Notorious Monster (NM for short) was up we decided it would be better to move to the next area and hunt for crabs there. Well after that it went pretty smooth except for the idea of using the Drum Magazine on my Auto which didn’t work since all he did was miss.*Uggg* Any who after a bit of joking and seeing that Besieged was going to start up I decided that about 30 skill ups on my auto’s Ranged Attack was enough for now and bid a farewell to Janko. Thanks again Janko for the help.

So I decided that it was time to do a Besieged so I hoped on my WHM and got all geared up after doing so I headed to Aht Urhgan to get ready for the fight that was on its way to Al Zahbi. After about 30 minutes it was time to fight the trolls. I was excited because this meant it was a great time for me to skill up my WHM. After tossing out quite a few Cures and getting only .2 Healing magic skills I changed plans and went on the offensive with my divine magic trying to cap that skill. After 35 minutes into the Besieged the Trolls high tailed and ran away *Ugggg* I hate that the mobs don’t fight to the last man and run away all the time now that the player base is getting closer to 80. So with that plan blowing up in my face I make a new heading out to the Sacrarium to fight IT spiders out there with my divine magic so after a little flying around I find myself at the Sacrarium ready to finish up my divine magic skills. At first I decided that I will use flash as much as possible and the put the mob to sleep after it wakes up after a volley of flash spells. After doing this for a while I spot out of the corner of my eye a Stegotaur which as of late because of the level restriction in the zone being lifted has made them hard to find since everyone seems to be out trying to get their hands on a Fomor Codex that they drop to spawn a NM for a belt called the Swift Belt. So I hit the spider for one more divine spell run to the door to make it out and clear of the angry spider and make my way back in to fight the Stegotaur. After a pretty one sided fight the thing drops a Former Codex for me which was really awesome now I just need to find a Thief (THF for short) to plant some Treasure Hunter (TH for short) on the NM so I can finally get a Swift Belt. After killing that Monster I decided to finish up my divine magic skills which I finally got to cap at 279 (Phhhhewwww) Now I don’t have to worry about that for a little while at least.

After that I felt pretty accomplished for the night and decided it was time to wrap up my gaming for the night. Well I hope you all enjoy my first post about my gaming.
